Welcome to Tutoring with Dee & Co, where every child’s learning journey truly matters.
What began as Tutoring with Dee has grown organically into Tutoring with Dee & Co as our vision, team, and services have expanded. At its heart, however, our purpose has remained exactly the same: to provide personalised, supportive, and inspiring education that helps children thrive.
Our story started at home, when Dee made the decision to homeschool her daughter after she experienced bullying at school. What began as a deeply personal journey quickly became a passion and a purpose. With a lifelong love of teaching and a degree to support her academic background, Dee discovered how powerful tailored support can be in rebuilding confidence, unlocking potential, and helping children rediscover the joy of learning.
From there, word spread through her local community, and what started as informal tutoring grew into a trusted and successful business, offering tuition in English and Maths, along with 11+, SATs and GCSE exam preparation, a business built on care, relationships, and results.
Today, Tutoring with Dee & Co offers tailored educational support designed to meet the unique needs of every learner. We believe that no two children learn in the same way, which is why our approach is always flexible, engaging, and focused on helping each student reach their full academic potential.
Alongside Aminat, our Creative Director, we have continued to grow and evolve the business and expand into new areas to enhance the learning experience for children. bespoke pre-recorded sessions, step-by-step “how-to” videos, digital learning resources, and expertly designed educational eBooks and enriching holiday camps, designed to combine education with fun, in a supportive and inspiring environment.
With Aminat’s creative input, we have also introduced engaging mascots to make learning more fun, relatable, and accessible for younger learners. One of the most exciting developments has been Aminat’s vision for a forest school, which Dee is proud to collaborate on and help bring to life.
